- PNP is a high-speed moving system. Only a heavy and solid body can offset the inertia of movement and eliminate vibration and displacement. So we only use 4020 aluminum profiles to build our PNP, other kit brands use 2020 aluminum profiles to save costs.
- The first benefit of 4020 aluminum profiles is that they are strong enough and will not bend due to fatigue work like 2020 aluminum profiles. And the profile can be locked using double screws so it doesn't rotate like 2020 aluminum profiles.
- The second benefit of 4020 aluminum profiles is that the machine's weight can reach 20 kilograms, which is twice as heavy as other brands' kits and can effectively counteract the inertia of movement. This is the premise that PNPv3 can easily place 0402.
- All connectors of PNPv3 are made of 6061 aluminum alloy with a thickness of more than 5mm and are processed by CNC. We are probably the only kit willing to spend this much to make the connections for accuracy and strength. We don’t want to use iron sheets or 3D printed ABS to make a temporary connection, and then have to deal with bending deformation caused by force or heat.

Electrical
- In the installation video of PNPv3, you will find that we have used classic electrical circuits in PNP history. All stepper motors and position sensors are directly connected to the motherboard through the cable protected by a tank chain.
- We don't plan to innovate it because we want the electrical system to be easier to maintain, and any hardware failures can be solved with just three questions.

- Microsmt PNPv1.7 board, The board is a Smoothie-compatible motherboard. with an expensive LPC1769FBD100 high-performance CPU. We replaced it with the new TMC2209 driver module, and the copper thickness of the current layer reached 2oz.
